A Team
Ours is a team effort. We aim to grow not only in terms of turnover, but also in terms of quality and organization. We pay special attention to occupational safety, environmental protection and social ethics. The quality of our product cannot be separated from the quality of life of those who work with us.
These are the principles on which we based the realization of the new plant in San Miniato: 3,000 sq. m. intended for leather processing with new generation facilities and designed giving priority to the well-being of the workers, thanks to the use of advanced technologies that ensure the proper exploitation of natural light and the containment of noise levels.

Staff
All of our employees benefit from programs aimed at physical well-being, thanks to the Technogym gymnasium set up inside the plant, and a Corporate Welfare program that covers the health, study and leisure needs of them and their families across the board.
